Belarus, Hong Kong to hold talks on draft treaty on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters
On April 22nd, Head of State Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 171, which approved a draft agreement on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters between the Republic of Belarus and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China as a basis for negotiations, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service The Justice Ministry is authorised to negotiate and sign the draft agreement.
